?Product Introduction
Drilling fluid solid lubricant graphite GD-2 is a lubricant product used in drilling fluid developed and produced by our company. This product is finely processed with crystalline flake graphite through physical and chemical reactions. Compared with similar products, it has more excellent lubrication performance. Through physical and chemical adsorption of clay particle on the drill bit surface, drilling cuttings and drilling fluid, the surface property of the drill bit, drilling tool and drilling cuttings can be improved and the wear and tear of the drill bit and drilling tool and other accessories can be reduced thus increasing the service life. At the same time, the friction between wall and drilling tools can be reduced, preventing adhesion sticking and mud covering the drill bit.
?It is widely used in all kinds of water-based drilling fluid (fresh water, sea water, saturated brine) and oil-based drilling fluid system. The recommended dosage is 3-5%.

The product is packaged with three-in-one plus one packaging bag (the recombination of kraft paper, polypropylene woven bag and polyethylene lined with plastic bag).? The top opening is bonded by the adhesive tape with 25kg each bag. Other package forms can be used as required. The net content shall follow the provisions in AQSIQ 75th order: Measures for the Measurement Supervision and Administration of Prepackaged Commodities with Fixed Content.
