Drilling fluid heavy weight additive organic sodium salt GD-WT is multicomponent compound organic salt, and can completely dissolve in water. Having overcome the problem caused by the too high solid content of the traditional weighting material (barite, iron mine etc.), it is used to add weight to the drilling fluid, completion fluid and underground work construction fluid, to balance reservoir fluid pressure, while it can also restrain the shale from swelling, improve the temperature resistance property of polymer and prolong the service life of the drill bit.?
Drilling fluid heavy weight additive organic sodium salt GD-WT is put directly through the missing funnel and circulated through slush pump. According to the volume of the drilling fluid to add weight to, the weight adding fluid with a certain density can be prepared and mixed into the mud tank. In preparation, the rising rate of the drilling fluid density shall be minded, to decrease the pressure surge caused by the dramatic increase of drilling fluid density.

The product is packaged with three-in-one paper-plastic composite bag (the recombination of kraft paper, polypropylene woven bag and polyethylene) and lined with plastic bag with 25kg each bag, and the top opening is bonded by the adhesive tape after being stitched. Its storage and transportation follows that of non-toxic and noncombustible products, and it shall be kept away from damp and heat and avoid damage to bags.
