Drilling fluid sealing agent pre-crosslinked polymer GD-3 is the latest product of the plugging technology in China. The agent is composed of diverse chemical composition and its performance control agent. It is manufactured on the ground with advanced technology. By adjusting system formula and processing technology, profile control agent series with adjustable particle radius, expansion ratio, expansion time, temperature tolerance, salt resistance and strength can be produced. 1. It is applicable to the oil reservoir adjusting water injection profile with different pore throats and fractures.
2. Elastomer particles can produce deformation and migration in the porous throat. It can change the water driven pressure field dynamically, with dual function of oil displacement and profile control, so as to realize the goal of oil displacement and recovery enhancement.
3. The chemical reaction for preparation of the agent is performed on the ground with controlled conditions, and series of products can be formed.
