Product Overview
The drilling fluid shale inhibitor chelating metal ion polymer (CMP) is a new generation of drilling fluid treatment agent. It uses modern high technology to organically unify the metal polymer with water-soluble polymers, so that it has not only the advantages of positive gel but also the features of water-soluble polymers. It shows extremely strong ability of improving flow pattern, increasing viscosity and reducing water loss in the frilling fluid. It also has good performance in holding solid matter and inhibiting drilling cutting mud making. This product has overcome the technical defects of polymer drilling fluid and positive gel drilling fluid.
Indoor and field application shows that it has the following features:
1. It has good flow pattern improvement and can improve the ratio of dynamic shear force of drilling fluid and improve well leaning ability.
2. Strong inhibitive ability.
3. Strong filtration control ability.
4. It is applicable to a variety of drilling fluid system and has good resistance to salt and calcium.
5.Less amount, stable performance and long maintenance time.
This product is non-toxic, without any pollution to the environment.

Package, Storage and Transportation
This product has good water solubility and compatibility. It can be used with all kinds of drilling fluid additives and can be used in various kinds of drilling fluid system. The general dosage is 0.1%~0.3%.
