This product is a high molecular weight anionic water-soluble polymer, divided into four grades as the molecular weight increases. It has good solubility in water and lower filter factor. Used for tertiary oil recovery polymer flooding, it can effectively improve the viscosity of the injected water, reduce water phase permeability, reduce the oil-water viscosity differences, improve the mobility ratio and expand the volume of injected water so as to enhance oil recovery. The?practices?of?Daqing?Oilfield?using?such?polymer?flooding?in?recent?years?have?proved?that?the?injection?of?every?one?ton?of?such?polymer?will?increase?the?production?by?150?tons?and?the?tar?productivity?by?more?than?10%.?This?series?of?polymer?can?also?apply?in?tertiary?oil?recovery,?including?micelle/polymer,?alkali/polymer?and?ternary?polymer?flooding.??

Product Feature

Polyacrylamide is easy to absorb water. The water absorption speed differs with derivatives ionic character difference. Polyacrylamide is soluble in water, and also soluble in organic solvents such as acetic acid, ethylene glycol, glycerin and amine. It resolves in long-time heating. The decomposition temperature is above 120. Under anaerobic conditions, it carbonizes to black powder at 210 .

As required, non-ionic polyacrylamide can be processed into anionic, cationic and mixed ion products.


Package, Storage and Transportation

25 kg/bag, lined with polyethylene plastic bags. During transportation, the products shall be kept away from moisture and sunlight, and avoid packaging bag damage. And they shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry warehouse. The storage life is two years.
